Newly installed elevators make this second-story space fully accessible, and a well-placed and comfortable lanai provides stunning views of both the property and Maui sunsets. **The Property** The grounds feature thoughtful and gorgeous landscaping with lush gardens, waterfalls, picturesque palm trees, and fountains with whimsical lighting. In addition to the well-kept grounds, guests may access tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ stations, shared picnic tables, a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, and two hot tubs. The pool area also features a fully-equipped workout facility and a booking center for activities and tours. **The Neighborhood** The property is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Groceries, restaurants, ice cream, and small souvenir shops are all within walking distance of the property, with easy access to all essentials. If you are looking for more upscale shopping or perhaps taking in some golf, you are only a ten-minute drive from the Shops at Wailea and many world-class golf courses. **Other Amenities** We also provide access to snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella, volleyball, pickleball equipment, bocce ball, 2 yoga mats, various sand toys, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the rare meal in. Parking. Easy check in. And the location couldn’t be better with a great beach across the street and amazing restaurants a couple blocks away. We visited some of the other condos friends were staying in and felt like ours was the best. This was our second visit to Kamaole Sands. This unit has been remodeled and owners did a fabulous job! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Condo was exactly as stated. Very nice remodel. Kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. Very comfortable. We had use of beach chairs and umbrella. Had all the amenities I needed and then some. The property managers I worked with were great. They kept me up to date on the fires on Maui and offered guidance as to whether to have my vacation or not. They answered all of my questions and provided information to me as it came out of the news outlets. I was provided my unit information in plenty of time and was 100% accurate. The property is beautiful and the unit is well situated with a very nice view towards the ocean. Communicating with the owner was excellent.
