NEW A/C, 100 Yards from Kamaole 1 Beach Maui Vista #2418 is a spectacular 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that features custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, tile and granite floors downstairs, bamboo floors upstairs, and NEW spilt A/C in living room and both bedrooms. The beautifully designed kitchen has everything you will need for cooking away from home, including bar ware. It has service for 8 as well as plastic ware for the beach or pool. There is a washer and dryer, NEW split AC in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The living room features lovely Hawaiian decor with sofa sleeper, New 55" Samsung TV with an upgraded Spectrum channel package, Blu Ray player, and complimentary high speed wireless. The upstairs master suite has a king bed, plantation shutters, flat panel hi-def TV, custom cabinetry, telephone and hair dryer. The master bath has a granite vanity counter with vessel sink plus a gorgeous granite and tile shower with glass block. The downstairs guest room can be arranged as a King bed or converted to 2 Twin beds upon request. The downstairs bathroom has full sized bathtub with shower, granite vanity counter, glass vessel sink, and plush towels. For your enjoyment Maui Vista #2418 also has beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets and balls, and a Pack 'n Play portable crib for your little ones. There is an assortment of Maui travel books, and a bonus supplies such as detergents and paper goods. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. It had all the conveniences for the beach with plenty of gear and supplies. The accommodations were clean and were well stocked with all the things needed to cook. They even had some essential spices in the cupboards. It made cooking meals easy, and a great way to cut the costs down. The pools were easy to access and were fairly quiet the times we used them. Everyone around was friendly and helpful, and the local beach is a short walk away. It's also a great spot for boogie boarding with the kids, and watching the sunset. Just like me the title said….. We felt at home. From my mom to my sister my19 year old that just turned 20 out there to my 2 year old that turns 3 next month, we were all very surprised and comfortable. It was a home away from home experience. Within walking distance of the beach and some tourist shops. Other activities and shops are a short drive away. It has everything you need to have a great vacation.Note that the AC units in the apartment are all on timers and it can get quite hot in the upstairs bedroom. The AC unit in the living room can get quite loud if you're also trying to watch TV. Would be nice if there was a safe available for guest use. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or tennis courts.Kihei is a great town with good beaches and restaurants nearby. Great homebase to explore the rest of the island. ##### Akash S.
