The front of the unit features a commanding sweeping ocean view and view of west Maui in the day with beautiful tropical sunsets and twinkling island lights at night. The back of the unit features a view of the Maui-shaped upper pool. This is a very quiet unit - no road noise from S. Kihei Road! Maui Kamaole #L-202 sleeps four, has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer in unit, HD Cable TV with wireless internet. The owners of this unit welcome you as a valued guest. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s nice and bright but really good blackout curtains so you can sleep. The view from the lanai is incredible and we love having the pool so close. My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. The view of the ocean from our patio was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and we appreciated all the beach accessories we had access to. The only hiccups we had were finding crumbs and food on the carpet as if it hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed in certain spots, and the wifi which was weak/spotty at times. No person was at, or around the desk during check out time and it took us about 30 minutes as we tried to check out before we spoke with a more experienced guest who said there is no check out. There should be a limit or a ADULT ONLY pool. One child hit me in the head as I was trying to swim. It made for a not so fun experience at the pool.
