Maui Kamaole J-104 is located near the Maui Kamaole's amazing Grotto pool, this elegant and serene condo has been beautifully updated with high-quality furnishings, high-end luxury mattress and bedding, and even all the beach gear you'll need, this immaculate condo is set up for your ultimate Maui adventure. Free parking. High-speed WiFi, Smart TV, AC throughout, and its own private Zen Garden off the bedroom are among the features that make this condo stand out. Lots of natural light and surrounding greenery set the tropical tone. The Maui Kamaole is one of the southernmost complexes in South Kihei, just two blocks from Wailea and across the street from Kamaole III and Keawakapu Beaches -- two of the island's best. The property sits on 23 lush, manicured acres that showcase the best of Hawaii's tropical beauty. Most 1-bedroom condos have one bathroom: this oversized unit has two. The bedroom is a large suite with its own remodeled bathroom, and private garden patio -- perfect to greet the Maui day with morning coffee. A new high-end King mattress and luxury bedding, along with a TV and strong (and free) WiFi signal, are also featured in the main bedroom. A comfortable sleeper sofa accommodates two more, and the unit has chilling air conditioning throughout. There's a large Smart TV and upgraded cable in the living room, which features furnishings a step above most vacation rentals. Local art helps create an upscale tropical vibe. There is a washer and dryer setup in the unit. You're a short walk to the warm, pristine swimming and snorkeling offered at two close-by beaches: Kamaole III, and Keawakapu Beach. Beach gear, including umbrella, chairs and cooler, are provided There is air conditioning throughout, and the kitchen was designed and set up to prepare your own private Maui feast – and there's a gas grill close by to assist. The resort is well known for its stunning Tropical Oasis pool, one of two on property and a close stroll from the condo. Assigned parking is free, and close as well as the properties' private tennis courts. The beautiful kitchen features plenty of space to create, along with high-end appliances and every necessity and small appliance. There are more than a dozen popular restaurants within six block of the resort, along with shopping, coffee, and rental outlets. Maui Kamaole is at the preferred south end of Kihei's sun-drenched beach culture, close to spectacular beaches (Kamaole III and Keawakapu) and ideal kayaking and stand-up paddling playgrounds. Wailea and its luxury resorts are just two blocks South, and the resort is convenient to the shoreline beach path that meanders beyond Kihei to Wailea. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. It was a vacation and work-out because we actually walked everyday to the Kamaole Beach III Yes, we did! With wagon and chairs and umbrella we walked down the hills to go to the beach and sometimes twice a day to see the magnificent sunsets. You can also see them from the grass up hill on the entrance is beautiful. We took advantage of the grill and used every single night outdoor the Lanai. Only one night was occupied so we used the grill on parking lot. My 3 years old loves the pool out in front of location so we also use it every afternoon after nap. A family of 4 would be fine here. Loved the beach amenities. The pool is smallish but gorgeous. The walk to the beach is a bit further than expected ( walk down is ok, you have to cross the highway and walk down a bit; the walk back up with gear is not bad but it's all uphilll). The staff was super responsive and lovely. The location of this unit could not have been better. The unit was ready for us and no issues getting in. Everything worked. Bar BQ pit right outside the unit. A short stroll to the pool. We stayed here for a week for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was well stocked for nearly all our needs - lots of towels, beach towels and other gear, and kitchen supplies for meal prep. This unit is perfectly located next to the upper tropical pool, easy walking distance to Kam III beach and a short drive to Kihei or Wailea. Some features are a bit dated but it looks like it’s slowly being updated (the master shower was fantastic and beautifully updated). Everything worked and was in good shape for our visit. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen, and there were plenty of useful things for the beach, which was very helpful. We had a couple issues working the tv’s but management was VERY quick to respond/fix. Place needs a few updates (patio furniture, new, higher toilet) and bathroom grout needs re-doing, but we would definitely recommend, and stay here again. ##### Sue M.
