You will not get enough of this ocean-view second-floor condo. The extra window in the living room allows more sunlight to come in and creates a calming atmosphere for you to sit back and take in the views of Maui surrounding you. The updates in the unit add a sense of peace because all is put together so nicely. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath, unit that sleeps up to 4 people with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. Assorted rattan furniture and carpeting in the living room and bedrooms tie in a central tropical theme. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home including adequate appliances, kitchenware, and dishware. This unit offers free WiFi. Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex, featuring a low rise, low-density, townhome-style condos, set on a hill overlooking the blue Pacific. The gardens and lush landscaping are a true tropical paradise. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests' use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have elevator use for their guests and there will be a flight of stairs if you are in a second-story unit. Maui Kamaole is close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. Kihei Kalama Village is a shopping center 5 minutes away and has an open-air market and a spot for a favorite Hawaiian treat- Shaved ice. There is also a Foodland (grocery store) a couple steps down from Kihei Kalama Village. Furthermore, if you need any additional things for your condo throughout the duration of your stay you can venture to Piilani Shopping Center which is about 10 minutes away from the Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and even the food court located in the same mall featuring Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, and Round Table Pizza. Some beaches in the area are Mai Poina Beach Park and Sugar Beach. Additional activities to enjoy are the Maui Ocean Center, Maui Tropical Plantation, or various Upcountry Maui opportunities such as the Lavender Farm, Ocean Vodka, or Zip Lining. Really enjoyed having the cooler, boogie board and beach chairs.Only real complaint was that the stairs going up to the loft were kind of sharp and my daughter cut her foot coming down twice, so may want to consider some type of maintenance or softer cover.Location was great with Kamaole Beach III within walking distance and a short drive to many other beaches.We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to come back. ##### Nancy T. There are steps down from the parking lot to the landing; then up a flight to the front door; and yet another flight to reach one of the bedrooms. The unit is lovely and comfortable, with multiple lanais, although only one with a view. Equipped with modern appliances, washer dryer, beach chairs & floats. Condo was even better than we had hoped! I travel to Maui for work regularly but usually stay in hotels. Since this was my mom’s 70th birthday I flew her over to join me and got this condo for the extra space and (well stocked!) kitchen. The location was incredible, sunset views from the patio, right across the street from beautiful Kamaole beach, and easy to access the island in all directions. The beds were plush and comfortable with quality linens. The closet has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler, sporting equipment, and other wonderful bonuses. I look forward to another stay here and highly recommend Maui Kamaole H212!!! ##### Kelly L. Easy walk to Kam 3 beach. Nice Sandy beach with great reef/snorkeling at the edges. Easy walk to Kihei boat ramp for scuba/snorkel/fishing charters (book these in advance!). Great find for our first visit to Hawaii. Well kept with everything you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen with even an electric tea kettle! Walking distance to a great beach a plus...I included picture of turtle hanging out at the closest beach I walked to! Condo is also centrally located to drive to all the highlights in Maui. View of ocean from the front lanai is wonderful when ready to just hang out and chill before or after a full day of taking in the sights. We now have a wall of trees blocking the view. This is totally unacceptable to pay for an ocean view when you don't get it and on top of it , this is oppressing. ##### Jean-philippe G. ---
