It features an ocean view, air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, dual speaker Sonos system (will require download of Sonos app), and free wifi. There is a king bed and queen sofa bed. For outdoor activities, Maui Banyan #H-407 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Maui Banyan #H-407 has an assigned reserved parking stall for one car. Sleeps 4. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. The complex was very clean and quiet with flowering native plants throughout. Centrally located to go explore the island by car. This property was right across the street from the beach. Super easy walk… there’s a cross walk right by the entrance to the resort (I was worried it would be hard to cross S. Kihei, it was not hard). We didn’t cook or anything like that while we were there, so I can’t speak to any of that. But the set up was good, two full baths was a nice bonus. They had boogie boards and beach chairs that you can use. The pool here was small but we spent most of our time at the beach. ##### Christina B. Also a plus that it had everything you need for the beach: beach chairs , beach umbrella, sand toys, snorkels/fins, body boards, tote cooler. A/C starts slow, but cold after a few mins. Overall great time/experience. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to book or return to stay. ##### PAO X. Additionally, the unit felt fresh and updated. As we enjoy cooking in, I was happy to see that it was very well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware.
