  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E4, is conveniently located on the ground floor, just steps away from the large pool. It was completely remodeled recently. This unit is well furnished, features a full kitchen and a second bedroom and bath. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer and dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.

    Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for six. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
