  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit C4 is totally upgraded and is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the small pool. This beautiful unit features a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, with alder cabinets and Caesarstone counters, a comfortable spring-free sofa bed and tile floor throughout. It also has central AC, Wi-Fi, parking, tennis & pickleball courts. There are also BBQ areas and washer/dryers on property.

    Enjoy the spectacular ocean views and Maui's majestic sunset from your spacious private patio (lanai). The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at the Ma'alaea Surf Resort are non-smoking.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
