There is a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a washer/dryer inside the condo so you can pack light. There is a/c in the living room and bedroom. The ground floor lanai opens directly to the park, tennis and pickleball courts, ocean and a few steps to the pool. Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. \*FREE PARKING Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Watching the 8am Pickleball games got to be an unexpected morning ritual. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings was fantastic. The condo itself could use some updates. They start at 8am and play most of the day. Didn't bother us. The "noise" became background noise. We could see whales breeching from the condo and on our walks along the beach.
