It has a partial ocean view and courtyard view with tiki torches at night. B307 has a full wall mirror in the living room. A mix of carpet and tile graces the floors. The furnishings are rattan and wood. The master bathroom has been redone with glass doors and a tiled shower. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled. AC in each bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a king bed in the downstairs bedroom, a Queen bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. Tennis & pickleball courts. NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.
