Beautiful grassy area with pool and BBQ area off the backside, beach access out the front of the complex. Location is nicely situated with easy access to the shops at Wailea and the shopping and food options in Kihei. The unit itself had some items that were dated and/or could have used a good deep clean or refresh but the unit was quiet with amazing views and the mini split air units made it comfortable. We were able to walk to wailea shops via the beach by walking thru the Marriott. Great location, great views, very interactive responsive management company. Place was clean and filled with everything we needed, but definitely could use some updates especially the bathroom. The unit was on the higher floor with great view and everything was in working order. There were ac units and ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. We loved how close it was to the beach. We could just walk our to the beach every morning. There is a shower station on the property to wash off sands. The swimming pool, grill/picnic area, and the front lawn were all well maintained.
