Excellent location, clean, and competitive pricing. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels for the beach. Good for a beach vacation. Cons: Although the major kitchen appliances look recently updated, the kitchen can fit only one person, and the counter top is very short. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 nights in November and the moment we stepped into the room we were saddened and disappointed in the state of the Condo we stated in. It was the worse ever in all our visits to Maui/ Kihei here are a list of our issues. Unit needs updating Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 13 nights here and had a great time. The unit is dated and in need of updating. The bed was broken in the bedroom as were the beach umbrellas. The furniture on the lani and roof top deck is very old and needs to be replaced. We had a great time in Kihei and staying in this condo. I would have preferred a queen bed instead of a double but that doesn't seem to be the case anywhere in Maui.
