Kauhale Makai - Penthouse - Central AC -Oceanfront Unit - Ocean View!

  • This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanfront condo on the 6th floor was just completely remodeled. The Beach is right in front of the property. Incredible sunset views year round and just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and golfing.

    The unit is situated on the south side of the Kauhale Makai property with partial ocean view. This fully equipped 1 bedroom oceanfront condo has all the amenities, pool, hot tub, BBQ, shuffleboard etc... and is located right on the beach. The Beach (Waipu’ilani Park) in front of the Resort is a long sandy beach with some coral/rocks protected by reef and suitable for long walks, whale watching, sunbathing and watching spectacular sunsets. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are also provided. Coin operated Laundromat on property.

    Starting from April 22, 2024, the pool will be temporarily closed until May 6th, 2024, for maintenance.
