Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. In the master bedroom is a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. Both the master bathroom and bathroom 2 have a shower only. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. For outdoor enjoyment, Kamaole Sands #7-408 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Tropical garden view with a peekaboo ocean view from the lanai. This unit sleeps 6. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. The unit was very well stocked for a young family (beach toys, umbrella, wagon, booster chairs, travel crib, snorkeling gear and more). Great view of the property gardens and we could see the ocean from the lanai. The beds are quite soft but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots/pans and utensils. We appreciated the sand toys, umbrella (it broke on the second day, I messaged the property managers and they delivered a new one that afternoon), beach chairs, wagon and boogie board.The Kitchen & bathrooms need a deep clean, but it affect our stay too much. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are the family of Nancy Killips and stayed in unit 7-408\. We have nothing to compare our trip to but my parents were in unit 10-205.We enjoyed our time in Kehei. The condo location was excellent. The unit was fairly well supplied. We did have a few concerns. Great place would stay again. Only complaint I had was with the the property manager. They appear to landscape from 8:00am - 5:00pm daily.
