COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply 2\. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Great amenities. Clean, close to the beach, well thought out. Would definitely come back. The PH condo units are all in the back but this one was a little dated and kitchen had an electric flat stove top which are not great to cook on and very little counter space. My son is a chef so maybe we’re being a little critical. Little bit of a walk to beach especially with small kids and all their beach stuff. The property was amazing as well, we enjoyed the adult pool daily and the local beaches. The location of the property is too notch and near everything you’ll ever need!
