  • This one bedroom unit has a great Garden View, and is located close to the pool and office. A brand new kitchen was installed with beautiful granite countertops. Two lazy boy recliners & comfortable rattan couch with queen hide-a-bed in living room, for extra guests! The Bathroom has a tub & shower enclosure. Bedroom has king bed with wood furniture. Large washer & dryer with new tile flooring in kitchen & bath. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all Cookware. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, and direct Beach access!
