The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout. The washer and dryer are conveniently housed in the lanai closet as a space-saving measure. The bedroom of Grand Champions #135 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower with a bench. The convenient second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to provide a separate sleeping space for the second guest. There is a television and a/c in both the living room and bedroom, along with free WIFI. This property has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. We found it to be a comfortable walking distance to nearby activities while being a cost-effective alternative to staying right on the water. The condo itself has extremely comfortable funishings, with a really great bed, nice couches for lounging, and even a work/desk area. Though there's no distance view from the balcony, it is very private. There were good linens, and the kitchen is well-stocked with basic seasonings and even a water purifier pitcher. It is not a very walkable area, but you can walk the main road to a shopping mall though. It is a bit of a walk to the pool area, and our parking stall was somewhat far from our condo. We usually hovered in front and unloaded our things and then one person went to park the car. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was pricey. We stayed the second half of our trip in Kaanapali and paid about $150 less per night. I talked to some ladies who booked through Costco and they felt it was an ok deal.
