Ocean View 2 Bed, 1 Bath Penthouse Corner Unit, Across From Beach & Sleeps 6 People This top floor, penthouse unit is conveniently located at Kihei Alii Kai complex, across the street from the beach, and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, snorkel rentals etc. This unit has been tastefully upgraded with contemporary, beach-inspired decor and has huge ocean facing windows in the living area and loft bedroom area, and vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy ocean views from your balcony! The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, creating a great separation of space. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with an additional pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Please keep in mind one of the bedrooms is lofted and open. There is a full bathroom, including bathtub, located just outside the downstairs bedroom. The washer-dryer and linen closet are located in the hallway closets for everyone's convenient use. The condo has an incredible, open concept living, dining, kitchen area featuring fresh paint, furniture, and decor. There is plenty of room to gather, relax, dine or entertain inside and out. The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen features granite counter tops, hardwood cabinetry, and all of the cooking tools/utensils you might need to make delicious meals at home during your stay!
