Unit was clean and well equipped including beach toys, chairs and coolers. We enjoyed the private, larger lanai with access to grassy area for grandkids to play. I visit twice a year and at Christmas Stay for a month. So I have stayed in many different units. This unit was updated corner unit with almost private lania. Well stocked kitchen ,soooo comfortable bed! PMI is truly the best rental company to rent from as they are there on island. The bed is comfortable! I can't say enought positive about it. The only negative is the pricing has aggressively to a ridiculous nightly rate :( no return guest discounts, so do shop I find condos in kamaole sands at under $300 for Christmas rates and they are just as nice. Beautifully decorated and everything you need for your stay, right down to chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the grounds and close to the pool and the beach. The end unit is also a plus with the extra window in the living room.
