This condo is in a great location with a view of the ocean. The kitchen has almost everything you could imagine needing and the place is clean. There was a nice welcome package waiting for us that had coupons for local stores and some other goodies that was a nice surprise. The Maui Vista complex is across the street from the beach (saw a turtle!) and within 5-10 min walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. We appreciated the beach blankets, chairs and umbrella that were in the suite, as well as the washer/dryer. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals and there is a shared BBQ. The grounds are clean and well maintained with 2 tennis courts (get racquets and balls from concierge for $10) and a very small swimming pool. The building was quiet and family friendly. You will hear trucks and other noises from the busy street, but that’s a trade off of convenience. The only things that could be better: - Bath soap and shampoo, which normally is included in places like this - More comfortable sofa bed - Furniture is a little dated, but you could also say that it has charm! ##### Anita H. There was nothing in the condo. There were chairs which the owners didn’t provide (they were provided by previous renters), and no cooler. They condo was well stocked with cutlery and dishes and it was very clean. However, there was no condiments or even sugar. The kitchen is well stocked utensils and dishes. There were beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie board. The location is very good, about a block from a nice beach. It is on the 3rd floor, allowing for nice views of the ocean and sunset. The only drawback is that it is on a very busy and noisy road, making it necessary to close the lanai door at night which made it pretty warm. We didn't want to turn on the AC, but finally did the last night so we could sleep better, and that did help. If you don't mind the noise from the road, its a nice place. ##### Patty H. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this Maui Vista condo because of the great location, easy check-in, cleanliness, and amenities it offered. Situated directly across from Charlie Young Beach right in Kihei made walking the beach in the morning and at sunset extremely easy (this is also a great swimming beach). We appreciated the high quality kitchen appliances and made use of them for all of our breakfasts. The washer and dryer also were very convenient to use. And the beach chairs, boogie board, and snorkel equipment were also put to good use (although one of the snorkel masks was coming apart). My wife and I would definitely stay again and our only nitpicks would be for comfier pillows, otherwise everything was great! ##### Josh H. Kitchen sink although new was a bit awkward as it was only a very deep single sink, air conditioner worked well but was noisy. It was very comfortable and came fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, mats, snorkel sets). The apartment is perfectly located, right across the beach and gorgeous sunsets over the water each night and 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment complex was really nice as well with different pools and a shared bbq and really nice staff. The only small downside is the balcony looks over a busy road so you do hear cars if you have the balcony door open. This didn't really bother us but i could see it getting annoying if someone is sleeping on the pull out. I would 100% recommend. ##### Barbara P. ---
