We had to stay and pay for another place, Aston Maui. Now we try to get our money back. The owner want, that we text him the invoice. We need an E-Mail or WhatsApp contact, as we do not unterstand what text means. But we do not get this from them. So it is a bad handling and cooperation!!! Can you help us, how we can send the the copy of the invoice? Regards One more again. With Reservation ID HA-4BZNM3 and Property ID 1192584 we had the reservation from 04th until 11th February. On arrival we tried to check in, but the unit was occupied and we must search an other for overnight. The next day we tried it again and find out, that the owner David and James has given us a wrong Check-in Information.
