Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. We stayed in this wonderful condo in Kehei at Kamole Sands. The pictures were awesome so I had high expectations which were met if not exceeded. The condo has so many great amenities, beautiful pool, close to beaches and restaurants. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Extra spacious and the second bathroom was so nice to have. Had everything we needed. Close to the pool and the bbqs. The management was great as well. Quick to respond with any questions asked. We would stay here again. The only down fall is the WiFi is really bad. Sometimes it wouldn’t even let my phone get calls. Other then that a perfect stay. ##### Rian S. This is our second visit to Kamaole Sands. We love the property and it’s location. We stayed in building 3 back in 2018 and this time went for building 1, ground level. Overall the condo is nice with a nice ocean view but the condo itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The sliding door and screen are in need of maintenance. The location to beach 3 can’t be beat and it is nice that beach gear is provided. ##### Michele V.
