Amazing Ocean Views - Steps to Beach

Our luxurious one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking condo has amazing ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets from the beach. We are located at Sugar Beach Resort, which is steps away from the white sandy beach, and incredible ocean access.

As you relax on the private lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, experience the amazing humpback whales enjoying the warm seasonal waters.

Our upgraded condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Some of the features include central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV with DVD player, and provide free Wi-Fi.

The modern gourmet equipped kitchen, features granite counter tops, shaker style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stylish kitchen island with seating for two. For more intimate dining, we feature a beautiful dining area with glass top table.

This unit sleeps 2, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit also includes a front load washer and dryer for your convenience.

The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee!

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui’s world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium.

The location of this place is ideal, not on the main strip or out away from restaurants or snacks, or save ice! The condo was as described and very clean, the property is maintained every day by a crew, grounds and pool included.

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful property. Location is great, right on Sugar Beach. Everything we needed was provided. From cooking utensils to beach towels and even body boards to do a little surfing! Property is well maintained, with plenty of easily accessible parking. Highly recommended!

Good Unit - Great Location!

This was our first VRBO and our first time to Hawaii. The unit was clean and as presented in the listing I feel for the price we paid it was a good value. I was surprised at all the owner left for our use both in the unit and on the beach. The resort pool and beach amenities were excellent and really enjoyed the grass area by the beach.

This was perfect for us. Lisa was very responsive to my questions and is a perfect host. The condo is clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. It comes well stocked with kitchen needs, especially a blender and air fryer. There is a washer and dryer. It really is only steps away from the beach and Lisa provides everything you need for a beach day, towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and even a wagon to haul it all. There is even a pair of binoculars you can use if you like watching whales

Exceptional Stay

Came to Maui for a wedding. Sugar Beach Resort was perfect location on the Island. Amazing Ocean View was just that! Not far from anything. Steps to the beach that we walked every morning. the beach which was very close, cooled off in the pool with great views. Host was very accomodating and responded to emails In appropriate time. Great Location / Cute Condo

Spent 10 nights at the condo. The host had great communication, responded to questions quickly. The condo was very clean and appears to be newly remodeled. However, Sugar Beach Resort exterior areas appear sort of unkept. I would still stay at the location again because the host takes care of her interior. Thanks for sharing your home.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! From the beautiful beach right by the resort to the many amenities of the condo, the beautiful grounds, the location of the resort & the location of the condo in the resort. The condo was so clean & well maintained. Lisa provides lots of extra bath towels which is a plus when you are staying for a week, kitchen amenities are great, & we loved being able to use the beach chairs & beach wagon when traveling to other beaches. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Great communication from Lisa as well!

Overall nice experience. Towels rugs and linens need upgrades. Toaster was not clean but everything else was very nice. Appliances were very nice.Great water pressure and hot water. No problems parking. Danas sandwich shop handy with good food. Service was hit and miss. Don't be in a hurry. We left a rubber shower mat to make standing on the rock base shower more comfortable. Our cleaning fee should cover doing all laundry and stripping of beds. Your guests shouldn't have to worry about that. food

Beach Vacay

From the minute we arrived until the minute we left everything was fabulous! The photos in the listing were accurate. The condo had everything you needed to cook,If you chose! A wonderful lanai to enjoy morning coffee and watch the canoe club practise.The bed was the best we have had in a rental! We have never slept so well! Sugar Beach Resort was very clean and well maintained. Loved that it was small and quiet. We didn’t go to the pool ( others seemed to enjoy it) we are beach people. The beach was a great walking beach and the reward at the other end was shave ice!We wouldn’t change anything about the condo! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Maui Stay

Other than the wind and the tragic wildfire, which fortunately did not impact us, we had a very nice stay. A few maintenance items should be addressed for the unit we stayed in: 1. slow bathroom sink drain 2. light bulb over the stove burned out 3. washing machine had a whining noise when running We had fun and Sugar Beach Resort is easily reached from the airport, has all the types of stores and restaurants in the vicinity and was a good place to stay and enjoy Hawaii.
