We stayed there with another couple and found the condo spacious for four people. It was very nice to have an ensuite bathroom for both bedrooms (though the bathrooms are small). The views from the living area and the back bedroom were great - the pictures do not capture how lovely the views are! The swimming and snorkeling at the Kamaole beaches was excellent and the beaches are only a three minute walk away. We saw turtles every day. We would love to come back. ##### David Y. The condo was slightly more run down than I had expected by the pictures but the location in South Maui was fantastic... I had a car rental for other exploring but if you are looking to stay local... this place is very central to a lot in the area. The pools and tennis/pickleball options on site were great too. The exterior property is very well kept and the front desk staff was always very pleasant. It was great to have some beach things available for use in the condo but two of the four beach chairs were completely rusted so they couldn't unfold or the seat was ripped so not at all usable. A lot of the cookware and utensils were dirty as well...and the floor...it's a beach spot so sand here and there is inevitable but I'm not sure it was mopped in a while because my white socks were not so white without going outside. The screen door of the lanai kept coming of the track as well as the master bedroom closet so that was a bit frustrating after a few days. I definitely utilized the washer/dryer during the stay and it was great to do laundry before heading home but both are SO LOUD... not the end of the world but be mindful before use. Make sure to do a double, triple, quadruple check of your belongings before you check out! ##### Kristy S. Found a few stains, cabinet was broken, only one ac in the living room, pull out bed was uncomfortable, has everything to cook with, parking slot is very small. The condo was conveniently located to many great amenities, and most importantly it was a short walk from the beach which we enjoyed very much. Equipped with everything we needed for the few days of stay - especially the necessities for the beach & to cook meals (just need groceries). Our only complaint are the shades on the doors to the lanai are hard to open & close - need to be replaced, and we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV’s so we just didn’t watch tv, plus we were out all day anyway. The condo itself was OK but is showing it's age. The cabinet door under the sink was falling off the hinges. A hodge podge approach to updating but serviceable. The AC unit did not cool the 2 bedrooms but using the floor fans provided helped. A couple of the beach chairs were not functional which required our group to rent them from a 3rd party. Overall, a very good stay in Maui. BEWARE-THE CHICKENS ARE EVERYWHERE AND THE ROOSTERS START THEIR CROWING VERY EARLY! ##### James P. No AC in the bedrooms + jalousie windows = uncomfortably warm and noisy nights. Roosters seemed to crow all night. Our group of 5 adults got in trouble for being too noisy...even normal conversation carries well due to building and window design. Kitchen appliances are fairly new and clean, however, the cabinets, tile counters and mismatched/chipped dishes made me not want to to cook here. One cabinet door is literally falling off. Overall, it's just...icky. Beds were comfy, with soft sheets. Ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work. Book a different unit in this building and you may have a better vacation! ##### Larry H.
