Great beachfront quiet 750 square foot condo complex. king tuft and needle bed in bedroom. New floors, comfortable queen leather sofabed plus an air bed and pack and play available, desk for remote work!. TV with all cable channels extra sports package HBO, etc! This is directly on sugar beach, condo has many upgrades amenities, wheelchair accessible, family oriented. Near the Kealia Pond animal refuge. Once you see your beach you know you are in Maui! Very close to a lovely bakery, shave ice and ABC store. Farmers Market is open most days- veggies, fruits, bagels, great dips! Wake up to the canoes gently gliding by your balcony while you sip the top notch coffee or tea I gift to my guests.We are on the 2d floor, easy walk up but elevator brings up your belongings- there are carts next to the stairs for your use. Our wonderful property manager keeps the outdoors beautiful and safe. Sit on the grassy area loungers or step down to the beach for an early morning or late night stroll. No car? The bus stop is close by and takes you every where around the whole island! Great service, but ends at 8PM. People are friendly here and come back year after year to sit at the tables by the BBQ to share lunches, dinners, or just chat..Do not be disappointed- it is NOT a party place so quiet does start at 10:30PM and the black out drapes in the bedroom are helpful for a good nights sleep.
