The living and adjacent dining rooms open directly to the deck, perfect for a bit of light reading or bird-watching with your morning coffee. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space for family and friends to gather while cooking a delicious meal. 165 Marsh Hawk Lane is more than just a getaway; it's your sanctuary to relax, recharge, and embrace Kiawah Island life at its best.

On the opposite side of the home, the second guest bedroom is also located upstairs and includes a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We stopped renting thru VRBO years ago b/c we were tired of finding poorly cleaned & maintained properties. This was the worst yet - it had COCKROACHES! The lovely decking outside was covered in mildew and pollen. The decking was so old, it appeared to be rotting in places. Worse, without cleaning supplies, we couldn’t wipe the outdoor furniture so we could sit on it. The location and views were lovely, but we won’t rent through VRBO ever again.
