Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. We do not get service like this in the USA!!!! From the time we arrived the staff was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. So many little things made out stay memorable. Our room was like a suite, clean and welcoming. From the afternoon tea to the nightly entertainment. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and outgoing. They started our stay out right by telling us about the property and all it had to offer . We did use the spa services and they were fantastic. The breakfast staff were excellent as well , they made us feel like royalty every time we ate in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very diligent in making sure we understood all the different selections they had to offer , and it was great to have them explain what the different foods were and make suggestions on what they felt was good. Thank you for being very patient with us Americans. And finally the location of the property is great !!! It is close enough to everything, yet not in the ruckus of the hotel zone. Had a great courtyard and a very nice pool. We highly recommend this property to everyone traveling from the USA, reasonably priced with service that goes above and beyond.
