We liked being able to walk to all activities and food venues. It was pretty hot in the unit upon checkin, since the blinds and curtains were left open, letting in all the afternoon heat and sun. There is no air conditioning and the only fan in the closet was pretty small. I would suggest leaving the blinds and curtains closed during the day in the summer months. It did cool off nicely after the sun went down. We did not use the stove or dishwasher as we ate out the whole time. Two electrical outlets in the dining room did not work. The unit is as far from the elevator as you can get, but they do have bell carts that were really available. Only one of the two elevators was operational during our stay. We had trouble with the lock to get into the building and reached out to the property management company for help. It took over an hour and a half for a response, thankfully by that time we solved the problem on our own but if we hadn’t that would have been a long to wait in our car in the middle of winter. Another complaint was there were no directions/location to enter the parking garage, my husband had to go into the garage and walk through it to find the entrance. Our final complaint was about the lack of things in the kitchen. If you’ve stayed in other Vrbo places you can typically find a few spices, oil spray for the pans, coffee etc, none of these things existed. If you are going to stay plan on bringing all ingredients you will need for cooking meals in the unit. In previous reviews, people mentioned the fireplace not working so I’m happy to report it works!
