"The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings"

The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating. I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "
