This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin Murphy bed. It features an updated kitchen and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs. The entryway offers a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down at night for an additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers mountain views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The modern dining are can seat six at the table or breakfast bar. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. You’re welcome to enjoy the electric grill on the back patio! To get started, simply pull the extension cord from the rear compartment of the grill, thread it through the opening, and plug it into the outlet beside the living room door (the east-side outlet is not functional). After you’ve finished grilling, please allow the unit to cool fully, then slide out and empty the drip tray from the back opening. Between seasons, there were very few people around, and, nothing was open. This was fine and even refreshing, since we were there for some peace and quiet. On the other hand, it was disconcerting that we never saw any property personnel except tor the person who fixed the sliding screen. Walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Very near to the 3 hot tubs. Underground heated parking. Kitchen has everything we needed. Stairs are close and convenient. Communication before check-in is awesome and gives all the details you need ahead of time. Cons: A little dirty. Murphy bed is very heavy and is freestanding so it's not easy to lower or put up. Couches are pretty worn out. TV in bedroom is hilariously small. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Elevator slow and extremely busy at the peak times so you may have to wait 4-5 times to allow it to finally come with room available (luckily the stairs are very close and convenient for the shorter trips where you aren't hauling all your gear to/from the car). Overall: The cons are all pretty minor, and the location and affordability of a place that sleeps 5 outweighs these cons. Reviewer Comments: I booked on Expedia and then had to contact Summit County Mountain Retreats 3 times, by email, then by phone twice to complete a contract before they would tell me the process of accessing the condo. And our key didn't work the next morning at the pool. The first contract that was sent went to my junk since it was sent from a PDF email without a name, then the one I filled out after contacting them by phone wouldn't submit, and I filled out every line, then I had to talk to a person, and since the contract submission still didn't work, then they had to send me THIRD email for the contract. You don't get to check in until 4:30 an have to leave by 10 AM. Extreme hassle to stay in a condo booked through expedia. The property itself was wonderful though. ##### Cari W.
