Great stay on Against All Odds!! Ian was very helpful host, quick to respond. Boat was very clean and comfortable. No disappointments, was exactly as advertised. Amenities at the resort are first class, we even had a free bbq one night complements of the marina. Free shuttle to downtown Key West made going and coming convenient. A neat experience to stay on a privately yacht rather than a motel!!Will definitely book again next time we visit The Keys.
The boat was in a peaceful location away from fantasy fest . The marina was great with many amenities . The bed was comfy and the weather was perfect . Great visit
We stayed in Perry Hotel and Marina on Ian's boat for 3 days and it was beautiful! Ian's boat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! We had full access to the hotel amenities which we used because the weather was perfect.
The location is much better than the previous one. The boat is as awesome as ever but the Marina is outstanding! Restaurant, bar, entertainment, location! It's all here!

We loved the yacht! We had one initial issue that was handled quickly by the team and had an otherwise outstanding stay! Would definitely book again! So glad we had this experience! The marina had everything you would need and was close to everything else yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet evenings. Perfect for what we were looking for. The only thing we would have liked more is to have a longer vacation, but that’s on us. We only had 5 days to take. Thank you for an excellent stay!
So unique. Loved every moment. Bunks were interesting 😀 We would recommend to anyone who loves boats or anyone who is up for a fun experience. Had manatees lazing right next to the boat every day the beginning of February. Plan to return!!!!
We had a very brief but cozy stay on the yacht in January. Not the best weather, so I think we missed some of the joys of sitting topside. But it was a fun experience in boat living, the boat is well-kept and cute, and Ian was responsive to all our questions.
We found plenty to do around Marathon despite the dreary weather - recommend the Turtle Hospital and Crane Point Park. We grilled one night (granted, dodging the no-see-ums!) and brought home a tasty fish dinner the other.

I think it's an issue of expectations.
I'm not leaving a bad review, but I won't be leaving a great review either. It looks like the pictures, the Marina is nice, and if you go into it knowing it's essentially an old RV on the water you'll have a great time. I booked it reading luxury yacht, and that affected how my entire experience went from the moment I arrived. The host stayed in communication and made it right when things did go wrong. I wish I had a better time, I really do. I'm not trying to bash anyone, this is just my most honest review of my experience in Key West on this boat. I think managing expectations will go a long way in helping anyone enjoy this boat who chooses to book it.
We liked the position and the facilities provided by the hotel/marina where the boat is immensely, unfortunately that is where all the positives cease. The list of negatives could go on for days so here are the highlights.Day head is out of commission so everyone has to use the main cabin en-suite day or night, really enjoyed my friends piling through the bedroom at 4 in the morning.En-suite toilet most of the time doesn’t flush properly meaning the siphon doesn’t fill , this means you get pure sewage fragrance through out the entire boat.It has an infestation of ants.Air conditioning doesn’t work.Kitchen equipment is so poor it is not possible cook , not even a knife to cut up fruit .No where to sit out of an evening, this bit I found extraordinary, the one thing that could have made living on board this boat is not there !Host did not give us any information until we prompted them , then it was useless , relied on VRBO team (who where excellent)information to get on board.Very disappointing this is a very tired and old boat and very surprised it is on VRBO site

The location was fabulous, due to the hotel’s amenities. Ie the hourly transport to downtown.pools and restaurants. The accommodations were a bit dated but adequate. The host responded immediately to our request!

This was exactly what was advertised, it was clean, and in a great location.
The on-site restaurant had great food. Also, all staff members we encountered were very friendly and accommodating.
I hope it’s available for our next trip.
Unique, fun, comfortable accommodations at an absolutely beautiful resort. Host was excellent with communication. Keep in mind it is a 1982 yacht. It was stocked with everything we needed.
This was a nice place to stay, not sure we would stay again this time of year, very hot very humid 95 degrees and 90% humidity. No fault of this property, just be aware of the time of year to stay in Key West.
Kinda cool accommodations. We were not made aware that the main toilet was put of commission. So only had the one in the master suite, or the marina facilities. There were no available outside seating.

For the price, it was OK, there were no stairs on the pier so it was hard to get in and out of the boat, the second bathroom still isn’t working and I read that in the reviews, but I thought it would’ve been fixed by then, you could tell nobody stayed in it for a while, not all the lights worked. There were no extra blankets. The washer and dryer would not turn on, however it is Key West so we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. The resort was absolutely amazing with really good food and drink options. The boat was very close to the amenities which was really nice. I just wish that I would’ve been told at the time of booking or before the refund stage was expired about the bathroom not working, I read numerous comments about this from months ago, so obviously it’s a problem that is not getting fixed. That was a big deal. It’s one of the less expensive boats, which worked out for my budget, the owner was very responsive when asked questions so I guess they say you get what you pay for.
Owners communicated well. They had the sewage pumped out before we came & while we were there. At times we noticed an odor but Febreeze seemed to help. I am sure staying in the marina you have odors like that. I only used the microwave & it worked well - cooking free vacation. The A/C was cold, except when the breakers tripped. Glad my husband & son knew how to flip them back on. We were gone most of the time, only slept & showered there & watched OSU win!

We were very excited about our trip and to be able to stay on a boat at a beautiful resort. The stay was disappointing the minute we got on. No deck lights worked, 8 overhead lights in the main cabin were not working (the owner did say that they “had craped out” but put two lamps in the area that were horrible.) the lights in the main bedroom were not working as well, again a crappy lamp had been added. The closet in the main bedroom was stacked full of crap that nothing could be hung in the closet, we hung our things on one of the open hatch windows. The TV’s did not work at all during our 7 days on the boat. Very disappointing as we missed some pretty big games. The smell on the boat was beyond disgusting. Although the owner stated that the boat “did not smell” we counted AT LEAST 15 old and used air fresheners throughout the boat before we bought 6 more to help the smell and even then, it did nothing. Owner was argumentative and in denial. We know that old boats are musty, but this was beyond. The AC was not great either and the boat was full of fans that are meant to dry floors, super loud and not to cool things down, owner said they were meant to “move air around while windows were open?” What? Finally, boat was ridiculously hard to get on and off of. Boat was not tied close to the dock and there was a giant gap in between and it was quite a bit of a step down and step up. A stool on the dock would have helped as every other boat in the marina had one.
Ac was not on when we got there and it was so hot and smelled. Turn breaker on that flipped and next day it flipped again while gone and left it hot in there again. Plus the smell was soo bad and host stoped responded and no one came out to check it out like he said they would
