Many places in old town advertise a studio w/ kitchenette as a 1bd rm which makes this unit somewhat unique. It's on the same block as the Hemingway estate and right around the corner from Duval St. businesses. I walked to Old Town Fitness for a few days to burn-off the extra cafe and dessert calories which was helpful. I recommend staying closer to the center of town, the rocky beaches are not really that great in Key West.
