Great location and we enjoyed the pool. Room was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. Rates were high for fantasy fest. We enjoyed our stay but nothing wowed us enough to not try another place next year.

This is a perfect property to stay at. Every person who worked there was courteous, helpful, responsive… just downright excellent. Room with partial Gulf view and balcony made morning coffee and general relaxing time enjoyable. Shopping close. Places to eat too but resort has great restaurant and bar has good food as well. Not far from Duval Street and other places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa! The pool was a perfect place to relax, and we especially loved seeing the rescued turtles - such a unique and memorable part of the property. The location could not be better: everything we wanted to explore in Key West was within easy walking distance. It was incredibly convenient to enjoy the sights, restaurants, and lively atmosphere without needing a car. We would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay in Key West. Close to everything friendly staff and easy to get around anywhere you want to go. Pool was great and had water stations everywhere for you to fill up clean water. Loved it would stay there again.

This hotel is excellent! The check-in was wonderful, the coffee bar and the pool bar also provided excellent service with a smile! This place has every amenity you would want a hotel to have and is so close to best of Key West. We loved this place and we were treated well by the team. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

The hotel was great. Location was good and the resort fees and amenities reasonable. We’ve stayed in Key West before and this hotel was better than our previous experiences. We loved the beach access and the reusable water bottles and water dispense systems were nice.
