Fabulous Home with Private Saltwater Pool, Central AC, & High-Speed WiFi

  • Whether it's the textured shiplap walls, the sparkling private saltwater pool, or the lovingly curated decor, you're sure to find something you love about this wonderful home. In the spirit of Key West, you'll find nods to Ernest Hemingway, the nautical culture, and much more. The stunning full kitchen includes full-size appliances, two beverage fridges in addition to the full-size fridge, and a sizable kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar for three guests. Check out the fun driftwood-style powder room close by! Of course, there's always the option to grill up something tasty out on the private gas grill. The yard is fully enclosed and surrounded with leafy plants, so you can swim with peace of mind. Completely renovated as of summer 2021, you'll be able to relax in central air conditioning when you're ready to come out of the sun. Desk workspaces under the stairs and in one upstairs bedroom will provide a peaceful place to work or study remotely. But be warned - the numerous skylights upstairs may make you start dreaming of the beach.

The house was large enough that you weren't stepping over one another. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was serene!

First, the location was amazing. Not too far off the action but quiet neighborhood. Second, the house was exactly as pictured, beautiful. Last, was what we needed to close our summer.

I've rented many houses for extended stays in Key West and this surpassed all the others by leaps and bounds. What a spectular place, shot through with charm and with a garden out back that felt edenic. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Magnificent Historic House

We enjoyed this house so much that we are staying there again next year. The house is superbly decorated with furniture and carpeting that goes well with the hardwood floors. The house is filled with wonderful historic knick-knacks where I found something new to admire every day. The kitchen has been remodeled with customized modern appliances that fit seamlessly with the historic feel. The master bedroom and bath are special and unique. We really enjoyed the heated salt-water pool. The pool and yard were taken care of weekly. I especially liked the orchids.

Had a great stay for the month of January!

This home is very well appointed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are property owners and managers ourselves in Surfside Beach, SC, and we've been in the business for over 15 years, so we have set expectations for cleanliness and comfort, which were all met - kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances, and I enjoyed having the extra room upstairs to use as my working office. The location is excellent, in the Meadows, a very nice residential area, and we were able to walk or bike to everything. The heated salt water pool was also great, and the nice, private yard was a treat to sit and enjoy morning coffee, etc.
