Being honest, at 4 units on site I love it. Quiet, calm comfortable experience by the ocean. The private pool is a definite plus, a real enjoyable experience. However it’s apparent that with more units that pool will become crowded and the experience will be less positive.

Our family spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at the Ocean Residences. We enjoyed every minute of it. The house was very comfortable, modern, and beautifully decorated with attending to every detail. They really thought of everything. Highly recommend it for a perfect family gateway. The house was dog friendly and our dog also had the best time.
