"Outstanding customer service and the suites are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs within the property, so be mindful of that. I had a pram with me, and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. I couldn’t recommend it higher! I stayed for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. Perfect accommodation "

"Beaumont Kew Apartments was a great overnight option for a simple family stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom as beautiful. Staff were lovely. The only thing left to be desired was a cleaner room but understandably due to being an older building it is harder to maintain, but a bit more effort could have been taken to thoroughly vacuum or clean the windows. Fly wire on the windows, or the option to lock them, would have provided some additional comfort as a family with younger kids."

"The BEST service which in my experience adds so much to a stay. A truely luxury room, modern fit out, excellent condition/well maintained. Felt like my 6 year old was more than welcome and they were happy to have us there as a family. They even surprised us at breakfast with a 'happy holiday' dessert for him and tried to give us a table by the windows. Breakfast was excellent quality and a lovely selection. "We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"
