Staff at reception were great. More than happy for us to leave luggage before and after check in/out. They also had a coffee machine in their lounge area for guests which was a nice little extra. Rooms were decently sized with a sink, microwave, full size fridge and oven so caters for anything. And as a bonus there’s a washer/dryer hidden away. Bathroom was also decently sized. At night when it went quiet you could hear doors shutting down the corridor as people came in/out, but it wasn’t too bad. For the most part, it was pretty quiet. IGA a couple minutes away. Tram right outside which made it easy to get around. Not a heap of restaurants, unless you want Vietnamese, but for our 2 night stay it was excellent.

Stay here often when I come to Melbourne for family events and it’s always a pleasant experience. It’s an excellent location, lots of things around that you need like public transport, supermarket and a pub on your doorstep. The employees at the front desk are outstanding! They are always very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. And…… the beds are so good!

Was a great stay! Staff were so lovely & helpful, such a good location!!! Tram stop right out the front making it so easy to get into the city, close to MCG! Everything was perfect and we loved our stay so much!
