"The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the floor was super slippery in the bedroom but not a major problem for us once aware. The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. The area is not the busiest which is nice but also not a lot within walking distance - small convenience store, a tiny cafe (Umalas Brew, good coffee) if you need and one spa/restaurant...

"I would rebook it next year. Had my own pool villa, if you want to recover from work and be in silence, that’s your resort. Breakfast was fine. Staff exceptionally friendly. They have few activities throughout the day such as how to create Balinese pancakes. They offered me yoga equipment. The SPA is every IDR worth it - best facial in my 3 weeks. Laundry was fine! Seminyak and the crowd is just 10 min away by Grab bike if you need some people around you. I loved it here - they made every wish...

"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...
