Nice size as far as space but it looks like that don’t clean the rooms and they reuse the towels. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Dust everywhere I literally had to clean down the toilets just so my kids could sit down on the toilets and feel a bit comfortable. The pool was the only thing clean LITERALLY the water only. ##### D Stayed 4 nights in May 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 2 May 2019 Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities The place we got was not like the property shown in the photos advertised ##### Verified traveller Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Laurent 12 Feb 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Really bad customer service The condition of the 5-bedroom villa was atrocious and the customer service from the staff was one of the worst. ##### Laurent Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### LILI 27 Dec 2018 Liked: Staff & service スタッフの対応はすごく良かったです！丁寧に優しく対応してもらえ、チェックアウトしてから長時間荷物を預かってもらえるかお願いしたのですが、快く引き受けて受付で預かっていただきました。 無料でついてくる朝食は1日目だけ付いており、チェックインの際に選んで、予約した時間より30分遅く運んでいただきました。朝早く出られる方は、少し時間に余裕を持って時間指定をした方が良いかもしれません。お料理のクオリティにはとても満足しました。 ただホテルの設備面でいいますと、古い建物感が拭えない感じはありました。清潔感はありますが、古いためかなんとなく汚く見えてしまうのと、ベランダや外に繋がるドアがきっちり閉まることはありませんでした。手の届かない位置の窓が少し空いており、そこからヤモリが入っていることもありました。トイレの水も流れにくく、一階のトイレは使用していませんでした。あと、部屋に備え付けのウォーターサーバーですが、お湯を飲んでいる時は気づかなかったのでずか、水はコップに入れた際にものすごく臭かったです。お腹は壊してはいませんが、それ以降は飲めませんでした。 ホテルのロケーションは、そこそこ良かったかなと思います。人気上昇中のクロボカンのエリアで近くには多くはないですが、おしゃれなお食事どころがいくつかあります。Instagramで調べて見つけた、ホテルから徒歩1分のお店は、雰囲気・味共に大満足で、かなりオススメです！バリの交通事情により、夜の渋滞はレギャン辺りを除いても避けることは難しそうです。ホテル付近は問題はありませんが、街中からホテルに向かう際は16時以降はだいたい渋滞にはまってしまいます。空港からは距離がありますが、街中にもアクセスしやすい距離で静かに過ごしたいという方にお勧めします。 総合して言いますと、何度も旅行している身としては、このホテルに付けられた星の数はあまり納得がいくものではなかったです。清潔感に少しかけて古いホテルでも、どうしても安くプライベートプール付きで広いお部屋がいいという方にオススメします！ 私はバリのホテルを検索している際、もっと自分好みのお部屋のスタイルで、清潔感のあるものをいくつも見つけましたし、部屋ではなくホテルのパブリックプールで十分という方は、もっと値段を抑えて、好みのスタイルの新しいホテルを取ることをお勧めします。 ##### LILI Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2018 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 23 Nov 2018 We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and got upgraded to the 3 bedroom villa. Not even 3. Maybe 2 at best. Although I read the mediocre reviews, I thought I would have a better experience for some reason, I was wrong. The hotel is dingy and does need so much updating and proper cleaning. Nothing like the photos, which are beautiful. The breakfasts were terrible and inedible every day. The rooms were old and dark. The bathrooms were gross and dark. The kitchen and living rooms are hot and dark (no a/c). My recommendation is spend a few dollars more and stay in a real 4 Star hotel with a pool. Staff was clueless about everything as they barely spoke or understood English. I wish I could say something nice but the location wasn’t even that good as it’s kind of far away from everything.
