This unique historic property has been thoughtfully transformed into a beautiful home featuring a private pool, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living area with a TV and a sofa bed, opening through large glass doors onto the pool area. This level also includes the first double bedroom, with a bathroom (featuring a bathtub) conveniently located just across the hallway.



An iron spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the second double bedroom and a second bathroom are located. From here, an outdoor unsheltered area with a short set of external steps (approximately five) leads you to a large balcony into the highlight of the home — the tower room itself. This space hosts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a second living room with an additional sofa bed, all full of character and charm.



The spacious kitchen includes modern amenities such as a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, and complete kitchenware. For entertainment, the property offers two TVs with English and Italian channels.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (5.8m x 3m), a garden with outdoor furniture, and a barbecue area — perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco while taking in the surrounding views.



The house is fully air-conditioned, with a pay-as-you-go coin system for heating and cooling (approximately €2.25 per unit per night), ensuring comfort year-round. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



Please note that the property is located next to a small farm, so occasional farm-related smells may occur depending on wind conditions.



Conveniently located, the property is just 230 meters from a supermarket, 550 meters from a restaurant, and 1.5 km from a coffee shop. Popular nearby attractions include Ramla Beach (7.6 km) and Xlendi Bay (3.2 km), making this an excellent base for exploring Gozo.
