Featuring cosy and comfortable living interiors with elegant decore to perfect your choice for your ideal holiday home. Excellently located in the central village of Kercem, next to the main town of Victoria. Upon entrance, you will immediately notice a spacious, warm ambience characterised by exposed natural limestone-work, natural timber beams, Gozitan townhouse architecture and timeless appeal. Remarkable, yet unpretentious charm greets you at every turn, particularly when you set foot into the living room and you discover the large outdoor area. Ground floor level comprises of an entrance hallway equipped with a 3-seater bench, main bathroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with an 8-seater dining table and a living room overlooking a large outdoor area. The majestic outdoor area consists of a large, private and south facing pool with ample deck space that offer an array of options; whether it be a cool dip in the early morning to energise yourself; working on your tan under the all year round, Gozitan sun; de-stressing yourself on one of the sunloungers under the shade of a large parasol or spending balmy evenings enjoying seafood barbecues with your family and friends. The first floor, reached by a very comfortable limestone staircase, comprises of a double bedroom with en suite and a balcony overlooking the pool area, another double bedroom with en-suite and a cot and another bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom. To compliment this floor is a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for glorious solitude perhaps, with a good holiday read. The house was just perfect for what we needed. It was exceptionally clean, and well prepared for us. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, with a large fridge and freezer suitable for the amount of people the place could accommodate. The pool area was fantastic and spent a lot of time there.
