Only stayed one night and there for a few hours only. Free shuttle helped us make the most of our limited time in Seattle.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff and love place. Room has a excellent feel and was very clean. Bed was comfort and we had a great sleep!! Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here four nights whilst visiting Kent / Des Moines for my son's wedding. The hotel is very clean and well run. The only minor flaw for us was the bed being a bit soft for our taste, but barring this, all good! Plenty of free parking and easy access to Southcentre, the airport, and main routes into Seattle & Tacoma.

Breakfast could have been better. Always the same menu and waffle maker wasnt working. I wish they did less pork items. Gets tiring just eating eggs everyday while other sides include bacon/pork. Breakfast staff were always so friendly and i loved interacting with them in the morning. Rooms are clean but a bit outdated

Super spacious rooms, great amenities, free water, coffee and biscuits in the afternoons, free drink on arrival, helpful staff, great Aircon and good small pool and gym. Great location

Absolutely beautiful hotel! New, spotlessly clean, fab amenities, nice extras, good location. Room was huge, even for 4 adults. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Sam at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it

This is a trendy hotel in a vibey neighbourhood with superb staff. We loved the coffee shop and Firn rooftop bar. Spotlessly clean room. We recommend a meal at 84 Yesler (7 min walk), a fantastic casual fine dining experience. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with our room. The AC was broken so the room was too hot, and the sink was clogged. We only stayed one night and arrived pretty late, and were too tired to change room.

This is a fantastic hotel central to everything & fabulous views out over the harbour. Room 802 was a top corner room with dual aspect. Spacious & comfortable with the best view I have had from any hotel around the World! The staff are super friendly & helpful! Highly commend to travellers to Seattle & great for Pike St Market...

The staff were great, the lady who checked us in was really nice and friendly and the two sisters who checked us out were lovely , the room was clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the hotel. They did have a shuttle, but we chose to walk to the airport. If we need a place to stay at Seattle airport we would certainly chose this hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Rooms come well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and hot water pot in the minibar that has a sink. The bed was very comfortable and there are extra pillows and blanket.Underground parking, Convenient location to lots of places to eat. Grocery store nearby. Climate pledge and space needle are steps away. Nice view of the Puget sound and Space needle.

I think this is the best urban hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Seattle from Canada meeting friends from England. The Citizen M, Pioneer Square was an oasis of calm, stylish, sumptuous, serenity. I’ve rarely seen such clever thoughtful, innovative, inspiring design outside of Europe. Lovely people, delicious breakfast, awesome atmosphere. I hope very much to stay again soon.
