Kent Fuller Air Station Prairie

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I requested a fan which was brought up quickly. I requested housekeeping I only received when I asked again. Out of 4 days, I only had housekeeping once. I encourage the hotel to ensure the message relayed at check in is carried out during the stay. You can hear noise through the doors so if someone is being loud, you will hear it. Some of the fixtures. in the bathroom are worn and need replacement. The hotel took a noise complaint I made about another room seriously. I would stay again because my interactions with staff were good and I felt like I got what I paid for.

This is more of a 3 star hotel. It’s over priced. Management is cheap. No down pillows or comforters. Beds are not great. Only 2 pillows. Front rotunda door barely works. Staff in lobby were not friendly or accommodating. They don’t accommodate a late check out. The hotel doesn’t feel American, which you would expect in Chicago!
