The portable AC in the window was very weak and noisey and took forever to cool the room. The summer sun is very hot and the ductless split would have been nice to have. Holes in bathroom walls were very unsightly. The sipher lock instructions for the front door were very vague. Would be best to inform visitors you need to enter the entire number, not just four digits as with most sipher locks. Parson beach parking was very sparse and would have been best to know before hand. Overall, a good value, would stay again if the details were corrected.
