Mill Falls Resort Collection at the Lake

10/10 Excellent

"Parking was ample. Know ahead of time that there are multiple buildings where your room could be—-your room may be down the street from the check in building. Staff were polite and accommodating. We were in town for a concert and they let us come in early and use the resort while we waited for our room. Also accommodated an early room so that our son could have some comfortable downtime before we left for the show. Overall a good place to stay."

"I was not very happy with this hotel. I tried to call them for a week in a half everyday, left two voicemails no one called me back. The other times no one answered the phone. The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke, the window had no screen on it. The fridge had mold in it. Stains on the carpet, sheets were dirty along with the pillows. No extra bedding in the room, one roll of toilet paper. I have never stayed in a hotel that bad before."
