"Modern and nice room! Would def stay again, front staff were helpful for airport shuttle. The restaurant food was pretty good too. Can hear the traffic outside but couldn't hear any other occupants of the hotel. "

"The view from the water view rooms is absolutely incredible!! Worth the extra money. You can see manatees in the canal below… and amazing yachts passing by. Their rooms have everything! Comfortable seating on your private balcony… table with chairs for eating Comfortable reading chair. Amazing deep bathtub with view out the window thru the bedroom. Nice shower and bathroom (although the lighting sucks) … really everything you could need. Dark black out shades and thick windows to keep most of the sound out. The room comes with a cooling fridge, and you can ask for a water kettle or microwave if you want. There is a wholefoods 2 blocks away There are only two negative things I can even think to say: (1) given the amazing sushi restaurant in the lobby of the hotel (make sure to make reservations), I was surprised by the disappointing room service menu. It’s much like an airport bar with burgers and chicken fingers and basic salads. Very limited. Not many vegetables or healthy fresh options. And the burger isn’t even very good. (2) they only used top/flat sheets for everything - no fitted sheet and not a proper duvet cover for the comforter. so when you climb into bed, the sheets come undone. Sometimes you end up touching the comforter which separates from the two flat sheets they use on top and on bottom instead of a duvet… I doubt they wash the Comforter so it grosses me out. But I know this about myself ahead of time, so I bring my own blanket just in case ;-)"

"This was a great place to stay for the price. Very quiet area and easy access to the highways except when school lets out but we just planned around that. My only complaints would be that the bar was not opened like advertised and no microwave in the room but we finally learned that you can ask for one and they will bring it. Which was not told to us until the day before we left. On the bright side the front desk did heat up our food when we needed it with no complaints. Very nice staff by the way. One last problem was our ac was stuck on cold but then i hey we are in miami. No heat necessary...lol"
