Hotellet är modernt och vackert. Rummet var rymligt och rent, men vattenkokaren fungerade inte. Jag meddelade städpersonalen, som tog bort den utan att byta ut den. Mycket bra och varierad mat i restaurangen, och personalen var snabb och effektiv. Det enda som gjorde att jag inte gav hotellet högsta betyg var början. Jag bokade via hotels.com, men vid ankomsten till hotellet receptionen meddelade de att de inte hade min bokning. De sa de inte samarbetar med hotels.com och kan inte hjälpa mig. Jag frågade efter chefen, och en kille, någon marknadsföringschef, som talade mycket begränsad engelska, sa att jag själv borde veta vilket mellanhandsföretag som hade hanterat min bokning. Att ringa till hotels.com tog lång tid och det var svårt att få kontakt med en människa. Till slut fick hotellet bokningen, men jag kände mig stressad och trött resten av dagen. Jag önskar att hotellet vore mer hjälpsamt.

Erste Tag bei Checkin keine Zimmer für uns gehabt. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 Personen bekommen obwohl wir 4 sind.Personal hat sogetan als erst ganz normal ist, und dass sie nichts ändern können, obwohl wir schon paar Wochen vorher gebucht haben. Wir müssen damit so klarkommen haben sie gesagt.Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir ein Zimmer dann für 4 Personen bekommen.
