We had a great stay! Special thanks to Iraklis who helped us throughout our whole stay and had great recommendations. Also, thanks to Adam at the reception desk that helped us have an enjoyable stay and provided a warm welcome at check-in. We had everything in the hotel, didn't have to leave if you didn't want to explore more outside of it. The Spa is definitely not to miss, the experience we had there was amazing, and so needed! The only thing I would say is the air conditioning in the room, it's above the bed which makes it hard to sleep under it and without it it's too hot in summer months even during the night. It would be better to not have the bed directly under the aircon but we still managed so it's not that big of a deal.

Really bad service. Was meant to check in at 12pm but checked in at 3:30am so literally paid for 1 night for no reason. Staff was rude.

Servis malesef çok kötü.
Otel müthiş güzel bir yerde. Aslında küçük bir çaba ile misafirlerin memnuniyetini yükseltmek mümkün, fakat hizmet seviyesi ve temizlik çok düşük. Plaj havlusu almak için her gün uğraşmanız gerekli. Banyo aynası 5 gün boyunca silinmedi. Önceki misafirlerden kalma lekelerle doluydu. Yemek kalitesi malesef ortanın altında. Şerbetli tatlılar sanıyorum 3-4 gün üstüste geldiği için kurumuş, şerbeti kalmamıştı. Pideci arkadaşı ayrı tutuyorum. Yaptığı pideler ve son akşamımızda yaptığı lahmacun çok güzeldi. Kendi de gayet güler yüzlü idi. Personel kendi aralarında küfürlü konuşuyor Türk olarak utandım açıkcası. Sezon sonu olduğu için mi bilmiyorum, oteli ve mobilyaları bakımsız ve yıpranmış buldum. Tekrar söylemek gerekirse potansiyeli çok yüksek bir otel. Umarım gerekli tedbirler alınır ve hizmet seviyesi yükseltilir.

Hotel 2maximum 3 etoiles /certainement pas 5 étoiles. Personnel sympa dans l’ensemble en particulier : -au SPA : extrême sympathie de tous, un clin d’oeil à Herakli très professionnel et Abla au massage (génialissime). -le boulanger toujours souriant et travaillant sans relâche. Personnel sympathique sauf au snack de plage totalement désagréable. Accueil :sympathique ,  attribution de chambre initialement en déclassement non conforme à la réservation sur11jours:4 jours dans petite chambre !! Chambre propre, literie confortable. Certaines chambres doivent être baignées par le bruit et la musique extrêmement forte . Espace extérieur végétation très jolie, 2 jolies piscines extérieures. Espaces sanitaires( idem au Spa) communs très sales à la limite de l’insalubrité. Les repas : grande cantine bruyante ,beaucoup de plats ( surtout légumes et féculents) en auto service …pas beaucoup de protéines et essentiellement pouletpour les plus rapides et queues énormes , Café très moyen, pas d’expresso, (nous allions dans un salon de thé sur le chemin de la plage )boissons à volonté (eau soda…jusqu’à 22h30) Petite plage de cailloux,à 350-400m, toujours bondée, en juillet. Au final : amélioration de hygiène Nécessaire .nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel. Mauvais rapport qualité prix payé pour juillet.

Solide Mitellklasse mit schönen Pools +Strandnähe
Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung, weil wir quasi ein Schnäpchen gebucht haben. Hätten wir mehr bezahlt, dann hätten wir auch mehr erwartet. Es ist kein gehobenes 5 Sterne Hotel bezüglich Service oder a la Carte Restaurant. Aber es ist solide Mittelklasse und besticht mit einer schönen Landschaft, zwei tollen Pools und Strandnähe. Das Essen ist nicht schlecht, jede und jeder findet immer etwas, was er/ sie mag. Ich habe zumindest meinen empflindlichen Magen nicht verdorben, was bei mir schnell mal vorkommt. Super lecker war im Grunde nur die Pizzas bzw Pide, die jeden Tag aus dem Steinofen frisch kamen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. KAFFEE IST ABSOLUT SCHLECHT, WEIL ES KEINEN FILTERKAFEE GIBT. FÜR MICH EIN ALBTRAUM

Saat 10:30 a kadar ücretsiz içki sonra paralı ama meyve suları kimyasal karışım gibi içilmiyor bile yemekler tatsız içcekler tam soğuk değil, otel çalışanları otele gelen rus kızlara yazıyor ve bunun için siz erkekseniz sizi potansiyel rakip görüyor otele girmenizi istemiyorlar otelde kalan kız arkadaşımla vakit geçirmek için rezerv etmiştim resepsiyonisti daha önce kız arkadaşımla tanışmak isteyen ondan hoşlanan bi otel personeli adam arayıp oda vermemesi için resepsiyoniste baskı yaptı adamla tartıştı beni sokmaması için hotele ben şahidim göya beni aldırmayıp kız arkadaşıma yaklaşmak istiyordu böyle insanların çalıştığı bi yer amatör otellerden personel dilediğini yapıyor

Достойный отель за такие деньги
Отдыхали проездом, 5 ночей для "разминки" перед Otium. Хорошо: отель хоть и на 2й линии, но очень удобное местоположение, фактически, крайний, кроме своего пляжа есть ещё 150м чистого берега до Maxx Royal. Соотв.,море чистое, свободно, людей нет. Планировка территории оригинальная, 2 бассейна, разделены корпусами, нам было удобно проходить в свой корпус с улицы, по мостику, минуя ресепшн. Номер отличный, придраться не к чему. Кухня – нормально, всего в достатке, на 4+. Бар всего один, но персонал дружелюбный. Анимация норм. Плохо: лежаки на пляже – пластмасс.рухлядь, занимает с утра публика из СНГ. Пляжное полотенце нужно своё. Контингент отеля - СНГ и Турция. Заселились в 23 ч.,и сразу увидели пьяное быдло (rus или ukr),но в остальные дни всё было тихо. Ночью в бассейнах тут купаются. На пляже бар для галочки - только сладкий сок порошковый, пив по $5 (можн по пути на пляж купить по $2,5). All incl в отеле только до 22:30! Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Уже в 22:15 бармены наливают оочень медленно, очередь огромная. Не стоял. Раз в день очередь за мороженным - это унизительно, но люди сами делают выбор, стоя в таких очередях, видимо, совок неискореним. Поэтому каждый вечер выбирались на море, закупались пивом, тусили на пляже,где,кстати, дискотека. Итог: отель для непритязательных туристов,абсолютно точно стоит своих денег. Нам подошел на 5+,ибо он в 2,5 раза дешевле нашего следующего в программе Otium, была возможность выбираться на экскурсии, и,вообще,всё понравилось.
