"I've stayed here a few times now and each one has been great. I realize and appreciate how hard it is to keep a place at top rate...and honestly, they truly have that in mind. Especially with the size of the place, including movie theatre, deli, store, etc. That said, there's always a few glitches, be it a staff member who isn't quite on par or perhaps some other thing. I have not experienced anything that would make me give less than 5 stars however! Each stay has been comfortable, cozy and surprisingly quiet. Check in has always been swift and friendly. Rooms nicely laid out. Eco friendly soaps and such get a thumbs up (I noticed their TP could be more on eco friendly side.) Personally haven't tried their complimentary breakfast, but what they do offer--I haven't seen at other hotels I've stayed at! Great place to stay."
