Clear Lake State Park is a 5-minute drive from the house and the famous Konocti Harbor Resort is approx. 5 miles down the road as well. Clear Lake is known for its top-rated wineries, boutiques, and music scene. Throughout the year, enjoy festivals, live music, wine tasting, hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. There are 2 marinas to launch and leave your boat overnight. ENJOY! This is a Long Term rental

I had a very nice comfortable state, the house has most amenities that you could ask for. The view was excellent. The host is very nice and able to answer. Any questions you may have.
